Bedknobs

We came to buy a small double bed, mattress and headboard with an ottoman base and that is exactly what we did in a completely stress free manner! Greg was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products available which was refreshing as we had spent hours in other shops with salespeople not knowing the options. I think you can overcomplicate the process but in Bedknobs there is a smaller range but the options are solid and are of good to excellent quality. Fantastic range of headboards and colours to choose from. I would highly recommend this business and we look forward to receiving our bed on 16/7. Incidentally we could have got it in a week but they kindly held it for us and they will take our old bed away free of charge!

Bought a bed frame and mattress. Wide choice available for both and was delighted to learn that the lead time on delivery was only 1 week. Service from Greg James, the manager, was brilliant. He couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent in every aspect.

Absolutely excellent service. Would not hesitate to recommend if you are looking for a great selection of beds/mattresses and delivery very quick. The 30 day exchange policy is very reassuring. We will be back to purchase another bed for our son soon.

Very impressed with the service and advice given by Greg at the St Albans shop. After visiting some of the larger national stores and getting very little help and guidance it was refreshing to find this helpful approach. I also had confidence that beds would be of good quality and the prices fair. I have ordered a small double and mattress for my daughter. The best place to buy a new bed! Upon entry it is a much smaller establishment to other big name bed shops but the customer service trumps them all. The salesman I spoke to, Greg, had a great knowledge of the different levels of support each bed gave and helped me to find the perfect mattress. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new bed.

Excellent service when upgrading our son's bed from an outgrown single! Greg made the process extremely easy by giving good, sound advice. So nice to be able to shop local and get excellent service. Delighted to also learn that they deliver, assemble the new bed and take away the old one (if required) as part of this excellent service. Highly recommend!

We recently bought a king size mattress and a single mattress from Bedknobs in St Albans. Greg was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient and made the whole process very pleasant. Would highly recommend Bedknobs for their knowledge and excellent service - our new mattresses were delivered within 4 days and they took away our old ones which make our lives much easier!
