Discount Beds

Recently I ordered a bed on a Monday for a delivery asap. But he said he can deliver on Saturday. I paid the full amount as well. Tuesday morning a guy call from the shop and said they are going to deliver. I said no one at home if you can deliver after 5pm. He said he will check and call back. No one called me until Saturday 2pm. When I call the shop the guy said I can't deliver until next Tuesday. I said you promised. He said no and I asked for a refund. Then he said 20% surcharge for the refund. No apologise at all. I took my money back as I didn't want to deal with these dishonest guy. Public if you think about your money and time do not deal with this guy. Not value for even 1 star rating.

Owner is extremely rude and poses threatening behaviour when a refund is needed and refuses to give the money back! Unless you want to be ripped off do not buy anything from this shop

Walked in gave me a great honest price with delivery today. Because he was so good I bought 2 mattresses.

The staff were very helpful and polite. Great quality beds for great prices. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Do not order from this shop!
Placed my order on Monday. Was told delivery would come between Thursday - Saturday. Was not delivered. They received the product and did not call to say it had arrived. I had to call the store and be told it would now be delivered on Monday.
Awful communication and awful customer service.

Would not recommend.

I put a £200 deposit down on a Matress and was told it would be delivered within 10 days. After this they said they had the bed but had many deliveries.
Now we are a month without a Matress and £200 down! And they won't answer the shop phone or their mobile phone.
