Fantastic service from start to finish. They have technology whereby you can lie on a bed and they will show you how the mattress feels from soft to extra firm to help you make the right choice.

Very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and patient whilst we were trying out different mattresses.

Would highly recommend and a bonus with the deals that were on at the time of our purchase.

I believe the gentlemans name was Andre but I'm not too sure. A big thank you to you for all your help. You made the experience very peaceful and easy.

We went into the Bensons in Aylesbury to look for a new bed, the first time we were there it must have been an hour or so investigating, built up a thirst could have done with a coffee but no machine in this shop! We thought that we had found what we wanted, went home to discuss.
Next day we went to another shop to look but couldn't find what we wanted and was still tempted by what we saw and felt in Bensons.
Went back on the last day of the sale tried the adjustable again and really fell in love with it again, so we decided to buy and went to the customer desk, we were served by a very knowledgeable assistant , he was a great help and knew his stuff, whilst we was talking about all the bits and pieces, I could have murdered a coffee, but as I said before this shop does not have a coffee machine, what a shame. Can't wait for our bed to arrive.

Now awaiting my third bed as all have been damaged. Communication has being non existent. Customer service is impossible to get through to. Worst company I have ever used.

Our experience of the store in Aylesbury was fantastic. Luke, the manager and his team were so knowledgeable and helpful. Sadly we have had numerous issues with the delivery and customer service side of things. (Nothing to do with the store) in fact, things got so bad that I reached out to Luke who went over and above to help get our issues resolved. We are yet to receive our products however I will remain optimistic.

Our first delivery was cancelled on the way to our home as they forgot some parts of our bed. We had to then wait 3 weeks for another delivery and in between this time the customer service team were incredibly unhelpful and even suggested that our bed wasn’t even at the distribution centre and no one would confirm that it was, even the day before the delivery.
We also weren’t told we would have to put our bed together ourselves and were given the wrong instruction manual to do this.

Ordered a bed and wardrobe 20th August 2022 with a delivery date set for October. Bensons called me in October to tell me delivery had been pushed back to 15th December... delivery arrives, but the drivers think there is a box missing. Before they leave they tell me they've found it. Alas when I come to put everything together this sides of the bed are missing. Still haven't got the sides of the bed as of 20th January. They were supposed to be delivered today between 12-6 had the text message and tracking information confirmed. A bensons representative calls at 12 to say the base is not in stock. We're not waiting for a base! Now rearranged for 26th January. We shall see. At this point I think I'll try for a refund through my credit card.

Went in on Sunday to look around ended up buying an expensive bed but good value for money the salesman was great,would highly recommend

Long delays no correspondence from company and when the bed finally arrived it was filthy and ripped. Back to square one!!!
