Katie Andrew and Paula were awesome they have excellent product knowledge and very helpful and gave options within our budget and requirements! Such nice staff definitely going back ! They helped my disabled mum, and brother all with my special needs son in the background. We had such a lovely visit and will be going back in 2 weeks to place more orders as we are currently renovating. This was the most enjoyable and productive furniture shopping trip I’ve ever experienced good quality reasonable prices and excellent customer service from the staff x

we have had to wait 7 months for this delivery after postponing for 4, 1st delivery date was claimed that monies were not paid (when a 20% deposit was placed on purchase) and delayed for another 5 weeks, then when the 2nd delivery date came around the bed frame wasn't even in the warehouse! delaying by another 2 weeks for the frame to arrive after the rest of the order. Plenty of time to prepare, not enough care taken and 0 communication to clients, not entirely this branches fault, but moreover the entire company.
