Bensons for Beds

Nice well stocked store with a good range of beds and related products. Slightly on the expensive side for me as a quick search online finds some beds the same or similar at lower prices. Very helpful staff.

The store were very helpful and knowledgeable helping us to find the right mattress for a spare bed. The distribution centre however was not so efficient as they sent us a text to contact them re distribution which had already been arranged through the store. All sorted after a phone call.

Iona was our Sales Advisor, and she was excellent. Very chilled out, not pushy and took the time to show us all the beds that we wanted to see. We ended buying the perfect bed, at a really amazing price. I highly reccomend this store and Iona.

This is not national company, they like a joke!!! We both mattress, manager said it-is store collection. And when we was on holiday delivery come. and we ask store collection they said matters gone to Leicester. We ask them cancelation, and store manager want to redact %20 cancelation fee. Then i again rebook new delivery date 2 weeks later. And delivery drivers come and they forget our mattress no body knows when it will come!!

If you want to jeep your-mental health don’t enter this company or at least this brunch.

No way. Even 1 star to much for them. !!!

I would not recommend, I paid 699.00 £ for the bed, after 7 months we removed the mattress and I saw that a very thin board or plywood cracked. I am very upset and have to sleep on a broken bed.

Hope to be moving soon and need new bedroom furniture. As I don't have room to store can't buy just yet. The staff have been very accommodating and helpful. Thankyou.

Very poor attitude of store manager and customer services. The phone rings for a long time before it cuts off. Very reluctant to accept any fault In their service. Tried to avoid giving a refund. Hope the money comes back soon but I feel that may be difficult. Still waiting for the balance of my order

I would of scored higher but I was in a que on the phone for about 15 minutes this is after I had been trying to contact customer services for the past couple of days as when you call the number given it did not give the option for what I was calling about so I had to go through to a differant department to be put through.I listened to music for about 5 minutes then was cut off.
