Bensons for Beds Chesterfield

The store has a good range of beds and the prices are got. Nice offers at the moment we went there. Staff very friendly and helpful.

You could have delivered on Christmas Eve 2021 as promised, yet we had to wait till 30th March 2022 for 2 bedside cabinets. And as nice as the delivery guys were, they were the ones who told us your warehouse had burnt down. You never kept us informed, we had to keep chasing you.

ON the morning of the delivery from Bensons beds I had an email a text message and a phone call to alert me of my 2 hour delivery slot. The bed arrived with two of the friendliest drivers that I have ever met. They removed all of the old bed and took all the rubbish and were very quick. They made up the bed and advised me to leave it a couple of hours before putting bedding on it. On the whole a quick efficient service. Thank you and well done.

Mattress arrived with a hole/rip in the front and dirt down the side. Bensons offered £100 off to keep a damaged mattress or wait 6 weeks for another one to be delivered. Awful, would not recommend…

The mattress I bought from bensons for bed is amazing. It so comfy and it's the best sleep I've had in a long time.
The customer service was excellent, at first I was unsure what sort of mattress I wanted and with so many options to choose from it can be quite daunting but the gentleman that helped me showed me a Selection of mattress that would be beneficial for me.
The delivery itself was quick, it arrived on time and the delivery people were very friendly.
Overall I would highly recommend for anyone to go there.
