I booked a appointment for some bespoke wardrobes to be done and was give a date and time for their consultant to come and take the measurements. One day before my appointment I again went to their shop in Staines and confirmed the appointment.
However when the appointment date and time arrived NO ONE showed up and when I called and wanted them to clarify they started telling me stories about miscommunication in their office and team. If they dnt communicate between themselves how will they satisfy their client. I have chosen another company to do the job worth £7000. Well done for losing 7k business.

Never managed to 'book a visit'. Extremely rude assistant called me back on the back of my online request. Instead of booking an appointment or at least asking 'when' straight away she started to ask a lot of unrelated and irrelevant details, and others that would be typically the point of the visit. I told the assistant that i just want to book a visit, have no time for this chat. She responded with an attitude 'that is what i m trying to do'. Well - she wasnt doing it in a way that is acceptable for me. I m used to a lot better customer service - Sharps will not be getting my business now, or ever.
