shocking/non existent after service, first order got messed about and items missing. new order cancelled the delivery date 24hrs before even though the store promised delivery before Christmas customer service do not care or won't help.

Delivery was a shambles!!! Had a phone call the morning my mattress was ment to arrive saying it was no longer coming on that day. No explanation or apology just told to ring customer services to arrange another delivery date. Then had to wait another 2 weeks for delivery!!! Was promised compensation for the 2 days I had to have off work but again Benson's failed to deliver! Will not be using them again.

Excellent service. Sales advisor was very helpful and honest. We didn't feel pressured at all to buy a bed/mattress. He did everything he could to ensure we received promotions and received our purchase in a reasonable amount of time

Communication was excellent throughout the delivery stage from the start to the end. We had updates from the delivery team and they also gave me a 15min call when i asked so i could leave work to get back for the delivery. The delivery team were very friendly couldnt fault them at all. The whole experience from buying the mattress to receiving it was second to none well done.

The gentleman who served us struck the perfect balance between help and support and allowing us to go about our decision making freely. He gave us information and advice as well as showing and using the mattress firmness machine to know what firmness we required. He then showed us a range of mattresses at different prices to guide us and allowed us to make a decision without being pushy. Then when it came to purchasing he was extremely polite and helpful in helping us choose additional items for purchase. I did not catch his name but it was at the Giltbrook store on Sunday 20th December. His father or father in law has not been well is the only way I can describe him but can it pleased be fed back to him that he is a credit to the company

We received the wrong mattress. The delivery driver called me and admitted fault. We could not be told where our mattress was and we now have the wrong mattress (way too big) in our kitchen taking up room. Still no contact about where our mattress is 4 days later.

I went to this store to buy a bed, I had done all my research and knew the exact one I wanted. When I got to the front door they said I had to sanitize my hand to enter (not a problem ) however I asked if it was tested on animals? ( i am vegan) He was unsure (fair point) he got the manager. My complaint is not that I had to sanitize my hands it was how he dealt with it. He didnt take me to one side and talk quietly with social distance. He was shouting across a few people standing at the door " if you wont sanitize you cant come in", he did say he didnt know if the product was tested on animals" (fair point). He didnt offer me an alternative eg wear gloves or come back with a non tested animal sanitizer. It was the way he dealt with this issue not the actual issue. He was not discreet, he was cold, he was loud and made me out to be a fuss. I will never go in that shop again. I used to manage for Next PLC and I would have been sensitive and discreet and offered alternatives especially when about to buy two bed for up to £1000..Never again

Expected delivery of a bed base and mattress waiting just over 2 months then the day before told that they did not have the base in stock . This would be been known before this . Then a new delivery date both parts came but mattress cover did not . Had to wait further 2 weeks for this . Impossible to get hold of customer services, did not respond to e mails
