Bought bed and mattress from this store - both together for £1430, but unfortunately mattress wasn’t what I expected. Contacted store - asked can I return mattress and buy different from them . But they refused. No any compromise- as I offered different options.
I think very unprofessional. Everyone’s circumstances can change.
