Hi, my parents purchased a lovely children's bunk bed from Minty Beds a few months ago. Unfortunately there was a minor product issue/discrepancy but I really cannot fault these guys at all. They very quickly resolved the issue, provided regular updates, very responsive and provided a fantastic customer service. My parents and their grandchildren are now more than happy with their bed. Highly recommend using these guys.

We have used Minty beds a number of times over the years. We have found their service to be fantastic. Recently we have had problems with one of our mattresses. It was a manufacturer problem, not a 'Minty Beds problem'. Not only did the team at Minty Beds arrange a replacement but when the issue recurred and we decided to go with a different mattress they did not charge us despite the fault being with the manufacturer and not them.
When they deliver their delivery men are always punctual and take care when moving the mattresses through the house.
We would happily recommend Emma and the team at Minty Beds and will certainly use their services in the future.

Staff were very helpful when we were buying a bed as we were moving into our new home!
They went through a variety of options and gave advice on supportive mattresses, explained the different fabrics available to customize headboards and which bases were compatible. The delivery drivers were lovely as well and bought the bed upstairs and set it all up for us, which meant everything was ready for move in day!

Bought a bed and mattress last year and the bed itself Is fine but the mattress after a year is horrible, can feel all of the springs and wakes me up nearly every night when I roll over on it.. I bought from here as its reasonably priced and cheap compared to the likes of dreams dunelm etc .. Happy with the service they provided when I purchased, although was like a bit of a jumble sale, but I am not happy with the product this early on considering I wouldn't mind the mattress being like this 4 to 5 years on.

Bought expensive Hypnoss mattress after 2 weeks of use fillings start to coming out with black and white wool hairs , Contacted them the maximum what they can do its to send enquire to the Hypnoss Company ? So we are paid for 200 pounds more to them (in the internet you can find cheaper options) So what we got back now its some weeks waiting time through Hypnoss , They dont do refunds , they dont provide garantees , they wont come right now to get this mattrass back, now we need to wait when Hypnoss come and invistigate this ,about what this service is ?So why should I buy from them?

You won't get better customer service anywhere!
So so impressed with this local company. Make sure you ask for Emma. I tried almost every mattress, Emma patiently talked me through ALL the options, helped me find the right headboard, and I managed to get base, mattress AND the headboard I wanted all in one place.
Would 100% recommend to anyone. If you need anything bed-related, this is your place, for sure.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Minty. Their recent service and delivery was five star. My circumstances were difficult and they could not do enough for me. Emma, saved the day! I would not hesitate recommended them. The product was first class too. Thank You!

I cannot rate Mintys highly enough.
My daughter recommended it and I have
been looking on the internet and trying other shops for weeks, with no success.
It looks a bit “ cut price” from the outside,
but inside has everything you could possibly want in beds. Emma, who was in charge, is an absolute star; patient, very knowledgable and accurate with a terrific memory!

She steered me towards the 2 beds I needed, took time and trouble to choose the correct mattress and was warm and friendly.

The service at Mintys for delivery and collection is excellent and I can’t wait to sleep on my new bed. Thankyou Emma. Thoroughly recommend.
