Bensons for Beds Swansea

A fabulous store in Swansea clean and well laid out the staff knew their range and were happy to demonstrate and offer advice! Excellent offers good delivery times! Ailsa was amazing gave 100% to our sale and nothing was too much trouble! Would highly recommend this store!

Delivery drivers were great BUT the whole experience with Bensons for Beds has been awful- I will never buy anything from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone

Went to this store today with my fiancé and I’m so pleased with the experience we recieved from the staff. They have a very wide range of knowledge and made us feel comfortable when trialing the different mattresses. We had no idea what type of mattress we wanted or would be best suited for us - but we left the store thrilled with finding the perfect match and can’t wait to come back and accept our quote. Thank you so much for being so welcoming!

delivered both bed and mattress on the day stated , and not finding out on day of Delivery 15/07/2022 that someone had forgot to put mattress on delivery van . and then having to wait till Two weeks later Till 27th JULY for delivery , how far is TEWKESBURY from SWANSEA any way even the delivery drivers didn't know till they got to MONMOUTH that it wasn't on van .

1. No postponed delivery
2. Drivers who are more helpful and not leave beds unpacked in the customers lounge. We are not young and fit and had to unpack and move ourselves, with no one to help.
The driver said it was not possible to get the beds up the stairs.
3. Better written instructions.
4. 4 faulty pistons and no solution given.

Bed was delayed from original delivery date but the staff were all very good and the delivery guy's were polite and efficient

Be very careful ordering from Bensons,I ordered a base over 12 weeks ago and had a confirmation delivery message 48hrs before delivery. and i had a charity to collect the old base turns out there is no delivery and no date just a call to say order will be cancelled after waiting over 12 weeks.Dreadfull customer services.I have ordered elsewhere with a 2 week delivery and a mattress on the floor in the meantime.

Absolute shambles and no ownership of problem when they didn’t even load my mattress on the van the day of the delivery that I paid for in advance. Aweful customer service on the phone and took 4 very long calls to different areas to sort.
