Excellent sales team. Sold us what we wanted rather than what they wanted to sell us. Delivery swift and when we wanted. Mattress same story. The delivery men unwrapped and assembled the divan for us even tho they didn't have to.
Certainly would return for a bed in the future.

I just wanted to let you know what fantastic service I received from Darren in your Swansea store.i must admit I was not looking forward to purchasing a bed due to pushy sales people I’ve had in the past and being a sales person myself I didn’t want that.From the moment we entered the store Darren was friendly helpful and informative about what I wanted to purchase.He was professional at every step.He told me when it was likely to be delivered and he stuck to that time frame even though the base was not in store.I will definitely be back and will highly recommend your company and Darren particularly he was an outstanding salesman and having worked in sales all my life I know.
He is an asset to your company and I just wanted to let you know how happy I was after visiting your Swansea store.

If you are looking for a new bed look no further use these guys .Darren was absolutely fantastic I Would definitely recommend this place, what fantastic service from start to finish. Not pushy but very helpful. And the guys who delivered our bed were fantastic and even helped us out when we got stuck. I will never use anywhere else when it come to buying a bed again. My wife went here this morning after visiting 10 other bed shops in Swansea and she was so delighted with the outstanding service and care given to her, we needed a single bed for a family member, Claire was amazing and went above and beyond to help mum wife’s mum is coming home for palliative care and we need a single bed for my father-in-law to be there for his wife. This company has amazing staff and delivery the bed within 2 hours of my wife stepping foot in the shop. They understood our problem and Claire comforted my wife as she was upset, but my wife left smiling and they took all her stress away. Amazing family run business and Cath can’t say enough about them and wanted me to share her excellent experience. Thanks Claire your an angle

Went to look at new beds, saw a good one and bought it...."half price" too. Nice chap served us and explained delivery times etc. Good service and shop.

Darren was extremely helpful and informative,. The range of divans, headboards and mattresses were varied without being overwhelming. No pressure sales just helpful advice.

Could not find a fault....friendly helpful service,quick delivery...went out of their way to meet tight time scale and bed requirements.Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

A very Poor service from this Store.I was Charged £150.00 for Cancelling a Bed and Mattress.I was
Not Pleased with the Divan when it arrived
As it seemed Completely different too the Bed
That I saw in the Store.It was far too
High with a very Deep Mattress.I agreed too change it for a Lower Bed but the Day it was supposed too be delivered they sent it back
To the Warehouse saying that it was the wrong bed.Read the small print before buying.
