We went into the store and Christine was very helpful. She showed us around and talked us through the different ranges and gave us ideas and advice to suit our rooms. We left with a design date booked and a much better understanding of what we want to achieve

We visited the showroom at Leekes, Cross Hands and were very grateful for Christine's guidance and knowledge of the wardrobe styles available, she helped us explore options we hadn't considered. Seeing the configurations and colour choices first hand was a far superior experience than just looking at the wardrobes online.

Visited Hammonds, contained within Leekes store at Cross Hands, this morning. A very helpful and patient Yve took time to go through various options available re new bedroom wardrobes, etc. Although not moving house until October, she was prepared to take all the necessary details, supply advertising brochures (so I could explain to my husband what we are having!) and to arrange a date when a salesman can visit.

Our visit to Hammonds Cross Hands was very useful. Christine was most knowledgeable and helpful but most importantly for us she was patient and took her time to understand what we were looking for. She obviously has good knowledge of the product range as she then came up with some great ideas. Christine organised a design visit at the time and even followed up with a phone call to remind us of the time and date and check that all was still ok for the visit. All in all, so far, a good experience and first class customer care.

Visited Hammonds Cross Hands at the weekend and although I wasn't too sure on what I wanted or was looking for, the lady there was so friendly and helpful in giving me ideas and different options to think about.

Christine comprehensively answered every question we had, and we were able to book a visit from a designer immediately. Clearly you’re in expert hands when working with Hammonds.
