Excellent customer experience. I just wanted to extend my appreciation to Gary, who went the extra mile to deliver my bike personally since he lives near my home. I told him I couldn’t collect the bike I purchased online due to having a newborn recently. Thank you, Gary! Going above and beyond.

I cannot shout these guys praises enough. Dave was super responsive over my requirements for eight rentals at short notice and Michal was brilliant and incredibly helpful with the collections and returns. I rented a standard road bike for 3 days for the London Triathlon.
I wasn't sure about the size (54 or 56 cm) so they gave me both to test (I had asked per email already if it would be possible to test both iszes), which I found very customer friendly.. Communication per email was good. The bike was in good conditions.

I rented a road bike for a 6 week visit in the summer of 2022. Very good communication on the front end and we negotiated a really great rate for the longer term rental period. The bike was ready when I arrived, was exactly what I wanted, quickly fitted to me, lock and helmet provided, and away I went. Return was just as smooth. These guys know what they're doing, were pleasant to deal with, and provided a great service. Very convenient location as well just next to London Bridge tube/station and major bus routes into central London - plus the Borough Market to reward yourself for all that virtuous cycling!

I highly recommend On Your Bike London. I recently rented a "deluxe road bicycle" from them for one week (for a cycle tour through the English countryside). The rental process was smooth. The bicycle (a Trek aluminum frame with Shimano 105 components) was ready and waiting at the scheduled pick-up time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient (near London Bridge tube stop). Their prices are reasonable, too.

Great experience. Ran into mechanical trouble on first day but On Your Bike staff couldn't have been nicer. They were able to sort over the phone. I would highly recommend. Great service, great staff.
