This is hands down the best bike shop I have ever been to. I've been riding for almost 20 years now and this is the first time I've met a group of people who not only care about the customers but the bikes they service to a really high standard. I had my lock break down and the repair took no less that 60 seconds, all the while explaining what went wrong and what I should do to for the upkeep. Anyone else would have taken the opportunity to sell me something, not here though. Really appreciated that.

Really great service and very friendly. They have all the knowledge and equipment you could ask for there and then some - extremely good value for money. There are free-to-use DIY repair stations and they will teach you how to repair and maintain your bike on top of all of that (which most repair shops would never do!).

Really excellent service, guy fixed and put on my badly messed up chain in about 60 seconds flat. Me and about 7 lads spent the best part of an hour making diddly squat process on it, and this guy had it done in a jiffy. Free to use DIY area is also a great service, and he seemed like a really friendly, straight forward and down to earth, highly competent guy. Would recommend to anyone at UEA and the wider Norwich community.

My bike was in desperate need of some TLC, dropped off first thing, collected later that day - realigned wheels, new brakepads reset v-brake spring, new sprockets and chain - it's like a new bike.

Always so friendly and helpful! I always try to do things myself with their DIY tool boards so I can learn more about taking care of my bike and they are happy to help with any questions I have. Would recommend:)

I had a terrible bike week. 4 years with no issue whatsoever then a faulty tyre led to a number of visits at dr bike. the team was amazing. They went beyond the call of duty to help me with my bike. I would highly recommend. Good service, good people! thank you!

I had a very good service they have excellent customer service and very knowledgeable on bicycles. Very reasonable priced too.
