The Charity Bike Shop Stratford

A great little shop with a fantastic ethos. I recently purchased a bike from the shop which was reasonably priced and works great. I would much rather give my money to these guys who are doing such a good thing for a great charity, rather than fund corporate businesses like Halfords, Evans, etc. The service is excellent and the staff are very knowledgable. Any negative review in my opinion is unjust and those people should take a good look at themselves before posting such rubbish! Great work guys, keep it up!!

Such a worthwhile charity for children suffering with cancer. Was very impressed with the huge range of bikes to suit all needs at a fraction of the price you would pay anywhere else, for children and adults. Staff are very knowledgable. professional and friendly. Will definitely shop here in the future for all cycling accessories and bikes.

I have taken my bike to be serviced at The Charity Bike Shop on several occasions and always received an excellent standard of service, and useful advice. On a recent service, the mechanics identified a couple of hairline fractures on one of the wheels, which could have led to a wheel collapse, with nasty consequences. By spotting this when they did, I was able to return the wheel to the manufacturer under warranty, and receive a new one. The guys at The Charity Bike Shop are literally life savers! I would highly recommend this place.

Great charity shop, used bikes that have been restored at excellent prices. Very friendly staff. Bought a bike for our sons birthday. Well worth a visit.

Skidded into the shop late Saturday to buy a mountain bike for my daughter. John was v helpful and I bagged a great condition example as a surprise gift. So much better to spend money here than a corporate retailer so it goes to a good cause!

This is a fabulous place , so many bikes to choose from would recommend, friendly staff and picked out some winter kit at fabulous prices.

Friendly and knowledgeable, went the extra mile and prepared a bike quickly in time for Christmas!
