I have had my cannondale carbon 105 synapse in the shed for a while after chain got jammed, breaking rear hanger, and rear derailleur, kept putting it off being repaired.

I contacted Paris who listened to problem, outlined everything in emails, dropped bike off he sourced the parts and fitted. In addition seviced and checked everything else on the bike. This is amazing he quoted a great price for all the work and the price he quoted was the price i paid... Vvvvery rare nowadays...

I took the bike for a short loop before going home and the bike, honestly was better than it was new. This is my first carbon roadbike and there were a few things i thought were characteristics bit i was so wrong... Its never been so quiet, so smooth and just asked for more. Im so happy, i suffer anxiety and ive never been so comfortable leaving my bike to be fixed and having such an awesome resul!

Came in over Christmas needing my bike fixed in a hurry to get me to work. Paris got my bike working quickly and for a fair price. And the bike looked brand new when it came back. Can’t recommend enough!

I was on tour on NCN2 and my rear cassette was making noise and wobbling. I called up Paris (owner) and he came to my rescue. I was in and out in no time with a nice quiet bike. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service - I wanted to make some changes to my gears and Paris was very helpful to thoroughly explain the different options to me in an accessible way (I have no clue about bike lingo!). I don't think you would get this kind of support/help from other servicers!
