Alexander was recommended by many people on the Next Door App. As I’d been given an old bike I decided to get it checked over to make sure it was roadworthy.
Having left a message, Alexander contacted me promptly, I took my bike to him & he gave a very honest appraisal of the bike. He then offered to check it over & tune it up for me. Contacting me the next day, Alexander told me he done the work & it was ready for collection. The service was top class & he is honest, efficient & knowledgeable. I can Personally recommend this service & will definitely use him again.

I called up last minute to get my bike repaired and Alexander fitted me in 30 minutes later. Really efficient service and very knowledgeable! Will definitely return in the future, highly recommend! Great service!

The owner and I agreed to meet at a particular time and place but after confirming the details he proceeded to read and ignore my follow-up messages on WhatsApp. I waited over 30 minutes at the agreed location having cancelled other plans to make it there but he did NOT turn up and appeared to be rejecting my calls. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

Alexander was very helpful and friendly and fixed my bike very quick for a fair price. I will definitely visit him again for any bike issues.

The E-bike I bought from them is very reliable and goes for very long distances like commuting. Plus it is very comfortable! They are very nice and helpful !
After purchase service is great as well: I had a little problem with the bike (that was totally my fault and had nothing to do with Alex or the bike itself) and he solved it very quickly ! I recommend 100% !

Alexander’s service was absolutely brilliant. He answered my call straight away and was very flexible with arranging a time for him to take a look at my bike. I asked if he was able to do late in the evening and he was able to do it no problem. When I arrived he took a look at my bike straight away and was able to identify and fix the problem on the spot! I never expected it to be so quick and easy. He was so friendly and explained the problem to me. I’m very grateful for his reliable service.

I have been meaning to write a review for this bike repair service for a really long time - Alexander helped me out when I was in a bit of a state! I had slipped off my bike riding up Brixton Hill on a rainy Sunday morning after a night shift at KCH, banged my head and elbow quite hard and was a bit shaken up. I turned up without an appointment in mid Covid times, and Alexander fixed up my bike in half an hour, as well as giving me a first aid kit. When I went to pay, he wouldn't hear of it! It was one of the kindest, best services I have ever had, and I am still so grateful to Alexander for sorting me and my bike out that day. Would recommend Alexander to everyone!
