I would highly recommend Elswood Cycleworks. Unlike other bike shops in the area, it is much easier to book an appointment at Elswood Cycleworks. The guys working at the shop were very friendly and professional.

I am so glad I decided to go in for servicing before my triathlon. I thought it was just the break pads that needed changing, but there was actually a lot more that needed to be repaired that I would never have known about! I really appreciated the affordable prices and good quality, thorough servicing. And all done within a few hours! It was also great that the guys were able to show me specific bike parts so that I could understand what was going on - instead of just talking in jargon.

I won't be going to any other bike servicing/repair shop from now on! Thank you, I feel so much more confident with my bike now!

Amazingly helpful and really go out of their way to help. They fixed the breaks of our buggy even though it's not quite part of the service they offer. And didn't charge us at all. The other bike shops I called asked us to come the following week, but these guys were happy for us to just pop in immediately. Would give them 10 stars if I could :D

Went in 2 weeks ago, said it would cost me £90 to service and it would be good to ride. OK. Then went back today and they told me it would cost an additional £70. Wasted time because of this and didn't fix bike. Just be clear when you ask them questions about servicing etc, bit vague.

I'd recommend Elswood Cycleworks without any hesitation. Thoroughly nice guys. They really know their stuff - and never make me feel stupid for being clueless! Very professional, excellent work and won't charge you for things you don't need.

This is the best bike shop! Great value and service. The guys always go the extra mile for me whatever I take the bike in for. No gimmicks - practical and fast solutions.

Got me out of trouble after a certain reputable shop north of river failed to spot shard of glass poking through tyre. Half hour later and a cappuccino offending item removed and safely back on road. Excellent little LBS. Highly recommend.

This is my 4th or 5th Bike Service with Elswood and it is Best bike service in SW london. Very kind, patient and professional staff. My bike always come away looking great and working to its maximum. I could recommend them highly enough! Support local buisness!!!!

I only came in to buy some chain degreaser, after a quick chat over the phone. As promised, the lovely gentleman went out of his way to bottle up some elusive degreaser I've been trying to get my hands on. The guys here really are very friendly and helpful (unlike other bike specialists I've visited). I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys for being so welcoming.
