I couldn't have found a better bicycle workshop, even if I wanted to! Customer service is top notch, great value for money and efficient repair service! Nothing is too much trouble. Troy will go above and beyond so you leave with an 100% reliable and safe bike. Thanks ever so much! You certainly earned yourself a new loyal customer!

Troy gave my bike an excellent service, and even treated it to a much needed thorough clean. He explained the issues, cost breakdown, and what he'd done to fix it all. He kept great communication throughout, and even got it fixed on the same day, all for much cheaper than I'd expected. I'd recommend Troy and Get a Grip Bicycles any day! 10/10.

A fantastic store who have given my bike a great service previously, and recently played a heroic role in recovery of my fiancé's stolen bike! Friendly, passionate about bikes, bring the personal touch, and willing to go the extra mile.

Troy at Get a Grip cycles was extremely helpful in fixing my complicated Di2 gear problem. He even worked on his day off to make sure I had my bike was ready for a race on the weekend. Greatly appreciated! He's serviced my and my partners bike a few times and has does an excellent job. He's now helping me get a new bike. Would highly recommend.

If you live in South-West London don't take your bike anywhere else. Troy the proprietor is an absolute gentleman. I'm a Cycle Courier so I ride my bicycle for a living. Just over a week ago I was picking up a job in Battersea and had a problem with my bike. It was pouring with rain and I had three jobs onboard but needed a special tool to fix the problem. I went to "Get A Grip" and Troy very kindly lent me said tool, which alot of shops wouldn't have in my experience and he couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Local independent shops like his need support, particularly in the current economic climate so please don't think twice if you're looking for your bicycle to be serviced or whatever and take it to "Get A Grip" . Decent people like Troy thoroughly deserve your custom. Thanks again mate 👍😊.

I truly couldn't recommend less.

Went in after a puncture for a inner tube change since, expectionnally, I didn't have the tools to do it myself. I asked if they could assess if any structural damage was done to the wheel.

Came back to fetch the bike a few hours later, they had changed the tyre without asking and charged 50£ for it.

More so, they put the worst possible tyre on it. The old tyre gave me over 2000 km without a single puncture; since the front tyre has been changed (a week ago) 2 punctures.

Upselling without asking already annoys me a lot, even worst when it's a downgrade to such an extent.

I am fuming 😤

I often bring my electric scooter in for puncture repairs. The service is super quick and I’ve even supplied my own parts at times (inner tube) OR they supply the parts. This really is a superb Bike shop in touch with the local community. No wonder it has such amazing reviews! Simon
