Great bike shop! After over estimating my own skills at adjusting my gears, took my bike in and within 5 minutes my bike was back up and running smoothly. Really friendly service and clearly know what they are doing

If you're looking for a bike shop you can trust, great customer services and affordability.. look no further! I entered this shop with a broken bike (mid ride), I heard one of the employees on the phone stating the customer could come down, and he would show him what he could afford within his budget online (doesn't really get any nicer than that). They were extremely helpful, polite, great on price and even reminded me to keep my old piece of broken equipment as I could salavge pieces off it that my come in handy. Highly, highly recommend.

Amazing service from a really friendly bike shop. My partner and I took both of our bikes in for a service and right from the moment we walked into the shop they were super friendly, gave us great advice on what our bikes needed and top tips for care/maintenance and how to ride them. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

I consider this bike shop a real find as it is one of the few I have come by that will do repairs without an appointment while you wait, depending on the size of the job and work flow. The repairs that Eric, the shop owner, has done, have been workmanlike and done at a good rate. Some recent repairs done by his occasional assistant that did not hold up he fixed for free. The shop does not deal in new bikes, but has a sizeable collection of roadworthy 2nd hand bikes for sale at very reasonable rates. I would recommend this shop especially if you are in the East Croydon / Bromley area or traveling through to central London or points south. A final point: Eric is not spooked by e-bikes and has done e-bike kit installations, such as Swytch.

Had the shifter for my rear mech get stuck, while out on a ride this morning, which was going to make getting over Crystal Palace Hill no fun at all. So I popped in here, and he had me fixed and ready to go in no time at all. Lovely guy to deal with, and many thanks for your help!!

Great friendly and fast service. We got a puncture in the middle of a long bicycle ride but the service was so good that they fix 3 issues with our bikes. Highly recommended! Will be back when we need help.
