Darren is an absolute gem!
I broke my colnago frame drop out. I called quite a few companies that didn’t even want to help. I found Phoenix Hotworks and spoke to Darren, straight away he was on the ball and asked for photos and for me to bring my frame down, so he could assess it.
I got my bike back today and he has done an amazing repair. I would/ will recommend him to anyone that wants a genuine bike repair expert.

Darren renewed my Trek 7.3 fx . Everything done: new tyres, new gear cables, new chain, new break cables and pads, serviced. Great job, honestly priced, good value. Very happy. Would recommend.

What a great first time experience - the guy was super professional, responsive and fixed my bike on the same day - called me and sent a text with a smiley emoji when it was ready :) While the place I usually go to, in East finchley was telling for in the last few months, will take him at least two weeks; moreever, gave me a feeling they are doing me a favour each time I went there!
On the other hand, the owner was kind, cheerful, friendly and even fixed things that I didn't ask for without an extra charge - feels like cycling in a new bike! Highly recommended.
