Great customer service. Helped me out with a hub service at very short notice when we were on holiday nearby in the summer, despite the shop being really busy. This meant we could then enjoy the fantastic trails that we had travelled up for. Thank you! The shop were really helpful & queries were resolved without question. A great experience. Recommend

Parts stock is limited, but they can order in and sort out more than you'd expect.
Genuine producers of British bikes and solid local knowledge from the owners too.
Aside from all that, a brilliant place to gawk at expensive dream mountain bikes.

Took my e bike in to get My dropper seat post fitted when I rang them they said it’s going to cost from 20 to 40 maximum then he rang me saying going to cost 65 pound so I complained and didn’t make sense none of the staff knew how long they had my bike for poor service i won’t be returning to this shop

I bought a Mondraker off Si and Dan and Leo et al and their support has been fantastic. One year down the line there have been quite a few faults on the bike which the boys have resolved without complaint. There was a warranty claim needed and again they stepped up to the mark. They do a great job which is a fab. Full marks to the guys and would thoroughly recommend them as a shop to support.Steve.

First class service from Simon and the team. Bought my from them a few months ago and had some issues with the brakes. I rang and booked it in not only did they find the issue quickly they replaced a brake under warranty and fitted it that day with spares they had so I could ride this weekend. All free of charge! Highly recommended

Stopped in with a minor mechanical, one member of staff in but he still managed to take a look, diagnose the issue and make some tweaks to get me back on the road.

A warm welcome from a brilliant team led by the excellent Si, 18 is more than just a shop, its an ethos. They play a key role in shaping mountain biking advocacy as well as selling some bloody lovely stuff. Good for a chin wag too. And ace taste in music. Go.

Excellent service and lovely staff. My Pivot bearings needed replacing on an old Santa Cruz. They went above and beyond for me retapping a thread that was gunged and cross threading and replacing the short bolt with a longer one. the bike handles like new. I will be getting out on their evening rides around Hope and Edale as soon as they start up again soon. Thanks again.
