Excellent service! My wife suffers from a hand and wrist condition which started to make it impossible to ride her bike. These guys took up the challenge and changed brakes and gear changers to suit her and at a reasonable price Result?...3 weeks of pain free cycling in France. Very pleased with these guys. We would recommend unreservedly.

Decent local bike shop. Bought a few bits from them over the years and they are always friendly. Worth calling on phone as they always seem to have bits and bobs that other bike shops don't stock if you ask them. Sorted me out some single speed conversion bits recently that I couldn't find in stock anywhere, for a jump bike I'm building. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely terrible got my bike back back wheel wasn't tighten could of had a serious accident ment to unbuckled my wheels spokes in back still lose had new gear selector and cable now it's skips in every gear put the cable threw back of my frame where its not ment to go making it hit my crank bin push therw the little hole that not ment to have any cable in that hard it's started to strip to the cable paid £160 for my bike to come back worse then when it went I did ring shop they told me to take it down and they sort it but after what terrible work never letting them do any work again I took it to a different bike shop they couldn't believe the poor quality of the work

Took my E bike in for a full service and a disk brake change and break pads and charge me £90 and didn’t do the job had to pay another bike shop to sort it out terrible service

Took an E Scooter to get the tire changed. Bought the tire and inner tube myself to make the job easy. Took 3 weeks for them to change the tire… ok, fair enough I imagine it’s busy at this time of year.

The reason I am leaving one star though and never coming back here again is because whoever put my new tire on didn’t thread the metal air valve through the rim properly and the weight of me and the scooter has basically pushed the valve into my inner tube and ripped it. How did I find out? When I nearly got crushed by a bus as I was riding home from work, the back tire got pulled off the rim and jammed while I was riding at almost 40mph, throwing me off the scooter and sliding into the other side of the road. I almost went under the wheels of a bus.

Look I know you don’t charge much for the tire change, but I genuinely would have paid a lot more than £15 to not ruin a brand new tire in a week and almost die on the way home from work because you can’t be arsed to thread the air valve through properly. I took it to a professional to have it done properly because I didn’t want to do a bodge job, and put my safety at risk. All that I got was a 3 week wait, a ripped inner tube and a near death experience.

Please be more responsible in the future, you’re not repairing toys. You’re being trusted to repair a vehicle that can kill someone if it’s not done properly.

Needed some parts / work doing on the downhill rig, working in the area and didn't have time to sort myself until Ireturned home in mid Wales. I think his name was Andy in the shop (apologies, can't remember it) carried out the work required, a few days sooner than expected too and at a very reasonable cost. Felt like I had received good service, would definitely use again as and when in the area. Only slight criticism is parking - while it was the middle of winter and I'm not from the area so don't know it, as it was dark and raining each time I went to the shop I don't know / couldn't see if they have parking but it's on the junction of a busy road and slightly less busy side street. While I was able to park 50 yards down the road each time it would have been nice to be a little closer and not on such a busy road - but as I said, I don't know the area and where to park around there. Apart from that, many thanks from a satisfied customer.

Told me £20 for the part I needed and £15 fitting on phone. So took my bike down, all of a sudden it's going to cost "roughly £70/80"

Completely wasted my time. Will not be returning again. I do not recommend at all.
