Absolutely fantastic bike service centre, highly recommended from near and far! Set up during the pandemic, the wessex bike hub has gone from strength to strength and have helped me, my son and my friends & colleagues out no end with fair prices for parts and labour and a good family run, honest service provided for nothing!!
Have now started selling bikes too, with kids mountain and leisure bikes readily avaliable. Should stop in for a coffee if your ever in the area at the very least!

I could not be happier with my experience. I explained I needed the repair urgently and they bent over backwards to fix my bike before the shop shut. The man who repaired it was friendly, knowledgeable and showed me how to prevent the same problem reocurring. I'm so grateful.

Really friendly experience at this convenient LBS, local bike shop.
Gave them a call and they were able to fit the bike in immediately for a check over. Dropped in, had a coffee and a lovely chat.
Got a call later with diagnosis on the bike and recommendation of what to do. They were then able to source parts quickly and provide the repairs.
After further discussions and recommendations I also opted for a component upgrade with the brakes.
Very reasonably priced for the service provided.

Took my MTB in for a service and a clean this morning at short notice, picked it up this evening and the bike looks and feels like a new bike. Great friendly customer service, and good value for money. Thank you!!

Excellent rebuild on my son's car damaged bike. Run by people who really care about their work. Will be back. The service quality is simply head and shoulders above the rest.

After COVID my bike needed some attention.
A full service, change in brake pads, new inner tube with slime.

Super quick repair for front brake pads on my road bike. Very good value and highly recommend them. Great to have a local shop on our doorstep. Looking forward to seeing the finished shop and sampling the coffee and cakes! Wish them every success!

Took my ancient 1998 Peugeot Festina in with a broken shifter on the Monday. Will inspected it and offered two options. One was to upgrade to new Claris shifters and more gears. It was slightly pricier than a straight replacement, but I thought I’d go for it.

On Thursday I picked the bike up and on Friday I tested it. What a ride!!! Smoother shifting, more powerful climbing, faster sprinting and a far more comfortable hand position. I was astounded! It rides like a new bike with modern tech.
