Great service from Adam, Jordan and everyone at Perlie Rides. Very professional and friendly. They really know their stuff and care about what they do. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. They gave my bike a full service and worked hard to repair rather than simply replace as first option. Good price too. Bike feels new.

Excellent service. 'Atypical' back wheel on my vintage bike got replaced in no time despite problems adjusting solved almost on the spot. Got a call and picked up the same day. Good price and super friendly too.

Very Disappointed

Went there for a change of tires and inner tubes which I previously purchased. They quoted me £20 for each wheel, and told me that the job could be done within 30 mins. I left the shop and when I came back, they told me the tires I purchased were too small, however they already had removed both tires and replaced my rims, so I couldn't take my bike back home.

Their suggestion was to go for a different size of tires which will cost me a total of £100. I told them I had to check if the place I purchased my tires from could exchange for the right size, but I had to store my bike there as they were closing for the weekend. Originally they wanted to charge for storage as well, even tho I had no option but to leave it there. In the end we agreed to store it for free until Monday.

On Monday I called a friend to help me carry my bike back home, having to pay for the rim tape. I managed to get an exchange from the shop I bought the tires, for the size Perlie Rides advised, but when I tried to put the tires they were too big for my wheels, so I had to exchange again.

I went to another bike shop and they managed to fit them perfectly fine as per the original size I bought, but in the process I lost so much time and headache.

Best bikes repair shop in the area. Been there a few times now and without any problems. Steve was patient and professional all while doing three things at once! Keep up the good work lads its very much appreciated!

Amazing service! I'm not a cyclist myself and so I was a bit lost trying to put air in the tires of the second-hand bike that I've just got off gumtree for my 4-year-old. I first called the shop to ask if they could help and 10 mins later I was down at the shop with the helpful staff fixing the issue. They have also advised me on the handpumps I had. Very helpful and courteous and honest. Much recommended.

These guys know their stuff. Took a friend who knew very little about bikes for a chat and Adam gave her a full run down of her options for a daily rider without any expectation of business. I have since taken my road bike, which needed some TLC and these guys have done a stellar job. The service took less than a week and the bike feels brand new.

Adam and his team are fantastic. My wife, kids and I have been bringing our bikes here for tune-ups and repairs for the better part of 10 years. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best bike shops with the friendliest staff I have been to. They are incredibly helpful, also happy to give advice and have lots of small parts in stock. Very fairly priced.
