Had a great experience with Simon from Wrye Cyclefix.
He rapidly sorted the problem I had with my bike and also helped me out massively with an issue I'd been struggling with on my lads bike.
He was more than accommodating around drop off and pick up times and an all round genuine nice guy.
An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic service from Simon at cyclefix, very fast turnaround, worked on a high-end titanium bike I sent in and a cyclecross bike that both required a different approach to the service for different tasks.
Simon's understanding of this and also his ability to get the job done in a timely manner is fantastic.
His shop is also an Aladdin's cave of retro goods, parts for those side line builds you're planning on doing, means he can help with these and your broken Di2 too.
Will be using more and more now I live north Preston way and is a great local asset.

I have known about Wyre Cyclefix through a friend who has been using the company for a couple of years and finally got round to getting my own E bike serviced. Simon is very knowledgeable about all things bikes and is a very friendly guy. Very fast and efficient service.

Dropped off our two bikes around 4 weeks ago…. And only collected them today. They’ve both had a full service and some replacement parts. They look like new bikes. And they’ve been cleaned too. Great service and excellent communication from the owner. Would highly recommend this place to get all your biking needs

The best service I have ever received. To use the cliches "above and beyond and going the extra mile" seems inadequate. Brilliant and thank you guys. As a former customer service manager, it's something I'm passionate about. These guys certainly beat the big players. 👍🚲

Even though they were extremely busy he still managed to fit us in for a full bike service, fantastic service, well worth the drive as nothing is too much for them.

What a genuinely honest and decent person. Highly recommend this company who helped.me out a hole when my daughters bike needed fixing at short notice. Absolutely faultless well done.
