Wow, there is a reason John has such a high customer rating! Took my bike in for what I thought was a major repair. John started working on the the issue and asked me to wait to see if it can sorted quickly. John sorted the issue but. also gave me some valuable tips on maintenance, best practise and modifications. A genuinely ethical and skilled service!!

John took my bike in on a Saturday (a godsend when working Monday to Friday), sorted out my hydraulic disc brakes and annoying clicking pedal and gave me great advice on future upkeep of my bike. All for a very reasonable price.

Finding a local cycle guy was a great stroke of luck after breaking my front quick release skewer spindle. I phoned John who said he had one and in less than an hour I was sorted.... easy. John is a genuine guy who is now my go to cycle man and thoroughly recommended by me and so refreshing to receive great customer service!

I text John on a Saturday and he took my bike in on a Saturday morning (that’s service for you!), I left it with him over the weekend to take a look at my hydraulic disc brakes and general adjustments of my new (second hand) bike. He gave me some great advice on upkeep of my bike. He did it for a very reasonable price and turned it around for pick up the following week. I couldn’t have asked for more.

My bike was in desperate need of a service, no maintenance for 11 years,took it to Cycleserve, did a brilliant job ,came back like new,what John doesn't know about bikes is not worth knowing, explained everything that was needed, learnt a lot, highly recommended
