Brilliant bike shop. I was very pleased with the work completed on both my bike and my partner's bike. I was able to discuss with the staff regarding parts I wanted: tyres for my partner, a pannier bag for me. Both bikes were serviced and any concerns raised for us to discuss before doing the work. My partner's bike had a worn gear set and chain, which we decided to replace as he had noticed it slipped gears sometimes. He's over the moon with the work and we've enjoyed several bike rides since.

The pannier bag is amazingly well priced and high quality. It has lots of different features such as a fluorescent bag cover that tucks away like a pack-a-mac, large pockets and space to put everything and it also turns into a rucksack! I was also grateful for how accommodating and knowledgeable the team was, as I dropped one bike off at a time and picked up one bike at a time. Very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend to others and bring the bikes back when we need work doing.

Having finally swallowed my pride, after struggling to remove my old pedals I called Aylsham Cycle Centre for help. Roger was brilliant! Kindly, and annoyingly quickly, he removed my old pedals but also replaced them with my new ones. Not only did he offer immediate help, free of charge. But he was also gracious enough to pretend they were hard to remove! 😂 Thanks for helping me out Roger.

Aylsham Cycles and Roger are absolutely fantastic. I’ve been to them a few times now and no job is too small for professional assistance and friendly advice. I came to him with a problem and before you know it he had a solution. I was struggling with changing my pedals and he did it in about 3 minutes and didn’t even charge me. I promise I’ll be back to talk about those folding bikes you’ve got for sale!

Whilst on holiday and out on my road bike my gears suddenly stopped working properly 20 miles from home. A quick look on Google and I came across this great shop. I dropped in unannounced and the team quickly found the problem. After a quick coffee I was back on my way. Great customer service!!!

I have just used Roger at Aylsham Cycle Centre to professionally complete a custom build I was struggling with. I did not have the technical know how or the tools required for my bespoke build.
These guys excelled themselves, not only in the unique build requirements but also obtaining rare parts from outside thier usual supply system. All this at a very reasonable charge too. I will definitely use them again.
