Massive thanks to the team. Saved a family 70km ride when one of our bikes fresh from a Scotland to Gibraltar charity ride had a pedal fall off.

The bike is very tired and many other shops would have listed a load of new parts required. Instead they quickly re tapped the pedal arm and we were able to continue on our way.

Noticed some good value bikes in there whilst the work was being done. Coupled with their skilled tech team a great place to buy your bike from.

No hesitation in recommending.

Spent a lot of money in here today on my first road bike (+ extras) following their very informative and impartial advice. No high pressure sales just good clear advice and answers to my questions. Will be recommending to others.

Incompetent and rude. Lost me £100 worth of "Fix Your Bike" vouchers.
I booked repairs for my kids bikes straight after I got the vouchers in August and informed them that I was using the vouchers when I did so.
I called them last week when I was notified by the Fix Your Bike scheme that the vouchers were about to expire because Faversham Bike Warehouse had failed to register them.
Called again yesterday and was told by the person I spoke to that they didn't understand the scheme because it had been rolled out so quickly (I got my vouchers back in August!)
When I made my displeasure known I was told that they are "not mind readers" and the guy said to me "I'm not having that". Great customer service - I freely admit I lost my temper at this point!

This is an excellent bike shop. Keith and Steve are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about bikes. Also, this is a great place to buy an e-bike as Steve is able to service them and fix them if they go wrong (and at a reasonable price). I've been using this shop for many years and can highly recommend it.

Update. My bosch battery for my ebike stopped working a few months after the warranty had expired. The bike warehouse managed to get me a replacement at no cost. Amazing service which saved me about £500. I am very grateful.

I have bought my bike and better half's from here and will probably buy our grandson's one too. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Good range of decent bikes and spares. They're not "box shifters" but a proper local bike shop.

We have purchased our e bikes from here and others in the past . The guys, Steve and Andy are extremely knowledgeable,. Regular servicing excellent. Despite having a couple of malfunctions, the chain on my husbands bike jamming , and my Bosch battery fail they were prompt in sorting having discussions with manufacturers, at not cost Pleased that all through the repairs they rang to keep us updated on progress etc .
Would definitely recommend these guys , but your bikes from here , you will not be disappointed, these guys have graduated with first class honours from the customer service school of excellence .

Don’t take your bike here to be fixed. Took our bike in, told us what needed fixing and with a service it would cost 100. We said that’s fine but please don’t go over this as we don’t have anymore spare money. Went to pick it up told us it was now £123 and refused to give us our bike back if we didn’t pay. Took the bike home and in couple hours tyre was completely flat. After ruining our tyre, they fixed it, charging us another £15 pound which we did not have after they ruined the tyre. Again, refusing to give us our bike back if we did not pay. Extremely rude people and terrible service. If you have a budget definitely do not go their as they took £38 from us we did not have.
