If you want to purchase a decent bike that is properly set up this is the place to come. The staff are really helpful and clearly have a lot of expertise. I recently bought a road bike here and have been very impressed with the service, help and advice that has been given. The repair service is excellent as you have experts working on your bike unlike some stores.

Popped in for a new chain, he even fitted it for me whilst I waited. Now you can't ask for better service than that. So I bought some brake blocks as well. Great shop, best equipment and superb knowledge.

The rudest people ever, I’ve tried to use them twice to purchase a new bike and received such bad attitude that I’d rather go and spend my money elsewhere. They are a rip off and clearly not interested in new business. Don’t bother going there, plenty of other shops selling bikes that are much more professional and customer focused.

Always great service. I bought my bike from these guys and they have always given me honest good advice and helped me out with servicing and maintenance including helping me get my mudguards on for winter training. Would definitely recommend

I have always imagined that a good bike service would produce the feel of a brand new bike, but I’ve always been disappointed in that expectation…until I found these guys. Their work on my poorly looked after Cannandale did produce that feeling, and they had lots of great advice too. My go-to shop from now on.

I have been taking my bikes for services and buying bikes from S&R for over 20 yrs. They are always busy and there are plenty of reasons for that! They know their stuff, I race triathlons, which means a TT BIKE (probably unnecessary giving my level) a race bike and two mountain bikes for my kids. I only look on the internet if s&r don’t have it. They constantly come up trumps, I had a certain handlebar collapse, it was over 10yrs old, the company stopped making them, s&r got me one and fitted it exactly how the old one was! They are awesome!

Took my bike in for a service — quick, friendly and even gave my bike a good clean for me. Very happy. Would recommend!

Messaged twice and no response regarding a service on a Specialized MTB. Same as last year, thought I try again but no change. Left adequate time before writing this review and hopefully this stops others wasting time on contacting.
