A proper local bike shop. They are always cheerful and reliable, and good value. They don't carry much stock, but can order for delivery to the shop and you'll know your bike is set up properly.

Quality service.

I got my bike gears indexed. Service was quick and very reasonably priced. Chap was very friendly.

I will be using the shop again in the future for servicing. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Just had a service done here on my BMC hybrid think a full service is £65 I had an interim one at £45 value for money when evans cycles costs way more and an old but established cycle shop at hand best to support local shops as they offer decent advice too...and a chat.Cleaned the bike up a treat and feel's much better to ride now more free'er to pedal I used to visit his father way back but after a long break from cycling I bought another and this will be my service centre now on to much hassle to drive bike over to MK pick it back up.

Popped in last week to get my gears and chain sorted, needed new chainwheel , chain and rear cogs, left my bike at 10.30 and picked it back up at 2.30pm all sorted at a reasonable price. My gears have never felt so smooth.
The shop is a bit dated but the service is good.

I took my Trek hybrid of 14 years, in for a service and left it with them to decide which service is best. They recommended a short service to start with. I apologized for the state of my bike as I did not have time to clean all the mud and dirt off before taking it in. I left by saying just replace whatever you think needs doing. When I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised that I’ve been only charged for the service and nothing needed replacing. There are worn components like wheel hub, rims etc but based on the age of the bike and the cost of the replacement parts they feel it was not worth spending the money but see how I get on after the service. I was also pleasantly surprised how clean my bike looked. I can see that they take pride in their work. On my first ride the following day I was very pleased. It felt like a different bike, in fact like a new bike would. Very tight and responsive. The gear changes slick and the brakes very responsive and the bike generally felt a lot quicker and smooth. It has not felt this good since the first time I bought the bike. I’ve had it serviced many times before by Franchises and other independent shops but this was the first time I felt I truly had good value for money. I rate their honesty, expertise and friendliness and will not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wants their bike servicing or repaired. I am now going to take my road bike in and will expect the same high standard which I’m positive I will get.

Straight up chaps, great service. Took my bike in and had the gears and chain serviced, honestly they feel better now than when the bike was new, my machine was ready the next day and the price is excellent, should and could charge more.
