What can is say... this store and it's staff are amazing. I brought a bike over the phone from Max in their Yovell store and they shipped it up the Shirebrook store for me. In store, Ed, Steve and the bike mechanics gave me the best bike buying experience I have ever had. They where 100% dedicated to making sure the bike was setup to fit me perfectly and walked me through everything. Amazing experience and even though they are a 1h30m drive for me I will be going back. Thanks again Tri-UK 🌝

Went last year, bought a Kask helmet. They price matched it for me.
Spoke to a mechanic in Evans, an older chap with bald head and southern accent. His knowledge was incredible! On his advice I ended up buying a Cannondale Supersix and I love it.

Good selection of bikes but the only member of staff that acknowledged my existence was an older lady that worked there. She was polite and helpful but the three other lads was just stood at the desk talking to each other and not interested in the slightest. I came in to buy a bike but if the staff are not bothered then I will take my money elsewhere.

This shop is great. From the staff to the selection, everything is great. They’ll sort what you need and help you get your best cycling experience.
