A fantastic new bike shop that sell brand new bikes but also take in donated bikes and restore them. Some gems in there! Perfect if you're looking for a cheaper bike and promoting anti-waste. Brilliant and friendly bunch of guys in there too- gave me a free coffee whilst I waited for my bike to be tuned up and gave me all the advice I wanted. Honestly one of the best bike shops I've ever been in (and I've been in many!) if you like bikes then at the least pop your head in and say hi, you won't regret it.

I have visited Exeter bike Work shop quite a few times, for things like replacing tyres, inner tubes, I’ve always found them very helpful and friendly and I think they charge reasonable prices too. Today visited them to sort my jumping gears problem, they had it sorted within the hour and did some additional work to my brakes at no extra cost which I thought was really decent of them! If you’re looking for quality and good value, and friendly helpful staff, I highly recommend you pay a visit. If you need any repairs done, replacement parts, accessories, and of course if you’re looking for a bike of course, bike workshop is an excellent choice!

Popped into the Exeter Bike Workshop on the way from Lands End to John O' Groats. As a group of three novice bikers, Simon and the team answered all our (silly) questions and fixed up our old, tired bikes. They worked miracles because we made it to John O' Groats, without any trouble whatsoever from our bikes. Super happy with the welcome service we received and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! Thank you

First class service, well recommended. I took my bike in yesterday for a new gear cable to be fitted. I was served by Haydz who was very helpful and friendly. He fixed it whilst I waited (around 15 mins)and the total cost came to just under £15 which was very reasonable. What impressed me most was their concern to keep me on the road the fact that I didn't have to book in or wait several weeks for a slot(one well known bike shop near Exeter said they couldn't do it before August). This will be my first choice for any future cycle repairs.

Post lockdown it is hard to get your bike fixed. I rang up in the morning, went in a couple hours later and they replaced an inner tube and did an adjustment in 20 mins. Great price. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Just before lockdown, I took my bike to the workshop because the wheelrim had worn out. Hayden replaced it straight away with a second hand wheel for a very reasonable price. They were all very friendly. Lots of great used spares and large choice of used bikes for sale. I was cycle holidaying in Exeter, and wish we had a place like this back home in Hertfordshire. Fantastic place that really got me out of a pickle!

Visited this repair shop while on a rest day from my cycle tour of the South West. It apears had worn out my brakes traversing the hills of Somerset and north Devon. Very friendly and helpful service. Elric phoned me before fitting new pads, to check I was ok with the cost. Really pleased with the service. Would strongly recommend this shop.
