Great service from the guys working there. Been trying to get a pannier rack and they found one the same day for me. The person that served me was very knowledgeable and gave good advice too on a query I had. Didn't try to push the most expensive but what was right for me. 👍👍👍

Poor products and service unfortunately. Purchased a lower end Giant bike here, the gear changing was poor, noisy and unrelaible from day one, with poor build standards also noted (inc small frame scratches etc). It was assumed the gears/drive would be resolved at the first service. In fact the bike was damaged (during delivery/build) but this was only determined after a full inspection paid for at another dealership. The shop is not interested in fixing the issues under warrenty with a range of escuses (not covered, parts not in stock, damaged after purchase, will need to charge labour etc, etc) and indeed make a point of not returning calls until pushed. The attitude of the staff when I did manage to get through was at best disinterested, and more honestly infuriating, condescending and intentionally misleading.
Bit of an expensive mistake on my part (the bike is being repaired at my cost (about £200) at 7 months old. Probably a shop for the serious cyclist spending £1000's, not the casual/hobby cyclist - so lesson learned.

We phoned the shop as we were in desperate need of a quick repair to our tandem. We are cycling LEJOG and Dawn said to bring the bike in and they would see what they could do. The mechanic Drew got the problem sorted for us quickly. Can’t fault them for their friendliness and service. Thank you so much!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, Chris carried out a silver service on my newish Giant electric road bike and my not so newish Scott 29er that I'd bought there many years before, very impressed with the way Chris called me prior to commencing any work to talk me through the additional work that needed doing in advance and let me know how much it would cost. Both bikes came back looking fab and I'll definitely take my bikes in for future servicing and repairs. Whilst I was in collecting my first bike from its service John ended up selling me a brand new Giant Talon 1 29er, I didn't go there with the intention of buying a new bike but I was like a kid in a sweet shop and simply couldn't resist, I'm now looking forward to my latest bike arriving :-)
Well done guys, keep up the good work.

Enquired about a Giant Stance 2 29er online. Replied they had a medium in stock. Bike was in the workshop and ready to go the following day.
Love the bike, excellent communication throughout and all parts of the bike explained before a fantastic ride home.
They are my LBS and always use them for maintenance items. First bike from them and won’t be my last. See you in 6 weeks for a service.
Regards Marc

I was looking for my first adult bike. The team were really helpful. Making sure i had the right size, talking me through the different features and took the time to help me. Really Happy with the service.

Served by Paddy, nice guy, knows his stuff and understood what I needed from my rambling description of what I wanted to do with the bike. No pushy sales, just genuine and honest advice, and guidance. Turn around was quick and he kept in touch in the run up to collection day. Not really much more that I could ask for!

Poor - had a silver service and new cables fitted. Front Mech stopped working after 200 miles. Lad on the phone told me they would sort it out for free. After dropping it off and sorting it, they then asked for £12. Reason? I’d had a crack at sorting the issue myself but this was apparently decent justification for charging £12 for a 5 minute job despite spending £140 on the service & parts a few weeks earlier.
