Excellent shop and service, slam are my local bike shop and I've never been disappointed by them, in fact the opposite they consistently exceed my expectations and go the extra mile. Always seem to have the right stock of products and upgrades and if it's not in stock it's ordered in and arrives quickly. The workshop staff are experts and can do anything from servicing through to shock and suspension upgrades and repairs.
Absolutely the best bike shop.

What a gem of a place. Our Grandson was after a new cycle helmet and clothing for Christmas. Great selection of cycling gear and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great pricing. Thoroughly recommended.

Bought some hope bore caps but had to return them cos they were the wrong size. Basically they were calling me a liar, wouldn’t give me a full refund and tried to accuse me of fitting the item because of some scratches that didn’t come from me. I accidentally put the item in the wrong packaging because I took one out to measure for size. And offered them the correct packaging back. Definitely wouldn’t use them again! AVOID!!!!!!

Guys here are great, website and social media is on point! Having owned a successful bike shop myself I know what hart and sole goes into it, your harts are in it for the right reasons and you have a great style of store and presents online.

The best bike shop I’ve ever been to. I actually used Slam ages ago, but I’m finally doing a bunch of Google Reviews. I used them for checking over my internet-ordered bike, and bleeding the brakes. Reasonable prices, fantastic quality, and really knowledgable (and nice!) people running the show. If only I could give more than 5 stars…!

Fabulous Helpful Staff, I discovered this local bike shop looking for a wheel builder for my Spank Wheels. They done a super Job of building my wheels, the Staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Im glad I found them, as from now on I would rather buy my parts from here, than online shops. 100 Percent recommended, best bike shop ive ever been in.
