He confirmed the correct bicycle height for me & also great advise on when I purchase clip on shoes and pedals & what to look for.

He made my first road bike purchase quick and simple & also put my mind at ease given a rather large purchase for myself.

Excellent service from Tom and Dave. Any time I need some fixing on my bike they help me and do outstanding work.
The store has free parking and the product offering is good too.

Excellent friendly service and I highly recommend that when ordering your new bikes 🚲 that it is always best to do so in store vs online. My daughter is over the moon with her new ride.

The team kindly saw to my flat tyre at once on this cold Sat, sparing me a long walk back. It was done in a friendly and speedy manner, with some sensible advice on other things that needed attending to and at reasonable price. For that, I'm very grateful.

Had some great customer service here today. Had a problem with my bike lights and Dave was able to source some spare parts to make it work properly again. Much more sustainable and saved me a few bob too. Not my most local store, but I'd make the trip again next time I had a problem with my bike.

I arrived asking for help fixing a spoke and left with fixed spokes, lots of knowledge, the right tools and a huge amount of respect and admiration for all the guys who work there.

Big thank you to the customer service assistant and mechanic who went above and beyond to help me out.
