Excellent customer service, highly recomend using them.
Many thanks to Matt, Tom and the rest of the team.
The guy couldn’t do enough for me, very knowledgeable, very patient. The only massive issue is i shouldn’t have used an internet shop and gone straight here!
Got me the exact bike i wanted, built on time, set everything for me in the shop, even offered to put it on my motor.
Service is 100%, highly recommend the guys 👌
They ordered the part and fitted it along with indexing the gears .
I had the bike back the very next day!
Amazing value for such knowledge and service.
Thanks
Edit: additional information:
As I can see from your response and from previous responses to people that gave you honestly low reviews, you like to shift blame. I was understandably upset, because my bike was dropped in for a quote, I waited 2 weeks and when I came back to the store it hadn't even been touched. I spoke to someone who said they would get it "looked at" right away. Nobody gave the go ahead to do any work on the bike.
Not once did I give any attitude, show any aggression, or conduct myself in an unruly manner. I was annoyed but paid for the fix and went. You have charged for a fix that hasn't worked and your customer service is disgusting.
My bike was not in a terrible condition, it's well looked after and the only problem with it was the rear mechanism problem that I wanted looked at. I find it strange to hear that the workshop worked hard to fix the bike within my "budget" seeing as I never gave one at all.
5 star attempt to pass blame from a store I would give 0 stars to if possible.
After having my bike serviced on the 26th March 2021, I was reasonable and gave time for it to be sorted.
An email was sent on 31st March 2021 at 11:28, detailing what I required, but no reply.
On 16th April, I was told they'd be sorting it that afternoon.
On 23rd April, I was told it'd be chased up.
On 30th April, I was asked for my email address, which I know fine well I left with Gary after collecting my bike (I also wrote down what needed listing on a post it note)
I took my bike in today (1st May 2021) to have the chain looked at, and I was still being asked what I had ordered.
Being told that 'you had just nipped out' twice and that you were sorting it were most probably excuses to keep fobbing me off, to avoid addressing the issue.
Today, I told you I'd have expected it to be sorted sooner. If you'd have listened to the rest of what I had to say, then I wouldn't have needed to write this review. I'll happily discuss it further when my bike is ready for collection.
