Cycle-Ops

My first visit to Cycle Ops. Very happy with the service. Took my bike in for a service and also had a problem with the bike. Staff quickly diagnosed and fixed it the next day! Very reasonable price and my bike looks and rides like new. Would recommend.

friendly easy going knowledgable team with really great customer service, from having quickl availability for last minute servicing of my bike to keeping details on record and ensuring the latest new bike is set to the right measurements as per the bike fit I had there last year. Also very price competitive compared to the shops in London!

Seriously you are lucky I gave it one star. I have been in this shop a couple of times. The first time I was told the type of Ebike I was looking for didn't exist, despite the fact that I owned one.
The second time when I asked for advice they added 'probably' to the end of the sentence. Not want you want to hear when asking about safety!
And no prices displayed.
Save your money and go to the experts in Halfords.

Rude and unwelcoming.

Visited the shop as it was close to my workplace.

We were looking to purchase two kids bikes (at approximately £400 each). As such, my kids were with me so as they could be sized and matched to the appropriate bike.

The staff were so rude and unwelcoming that my wife and I were stunned. It was so bad it was almost funny. It felt like I’d walked in on a private staff-only party.

Needless to say we went straight over to Camden Road in TW where we found staff to be friendly and helpful. We spent our £800 there with them and were happy to do so.

From what I have experienced I honestly cannot fathom how Cycle-Ops Tonbridge are still in business.
