Such a beautiful shop and super helpful staff. I went to pump my tyres and they were super helpful even though my bike is not part of their brand. They even helped me do a quick check of my brakes. The shop is beautiful and they sell all sort of cute and useful bike props. Fully recommended!

I was riding my bike in Central London, and my chain has ripped.😬😐
I wasn't worried about it, because i have had the right tool for that "little service"...🤔🤗
But when i started to take out a link from the chain, my tool has bend 😱😖😵🤯🤕😩
But they been open and helped me out of the situation. 😎🥳🤩😁
Otherwise, I had to walk home to the far North, so I really appreciate for the service they done. Thank you so much 😎🙏👍

So helpful! My bike is not Tokyobike but I wanted to buy a Hexlox set for my Brooks seat. They fitted them and also when they heard that my last seat was stolen despite Hexlox being fitted, they took the trouble to alter a weak spot they noticed in my seat post fitting to reduce the risk of it being taken again.
