Really good experience. Assisted by Dean (Store Manager) who was knowledgeable about the products, full of sound advice and sold us lots of accessories without being pushy. He also found me a comfortable quiet place to breastfeed whilst my husband was picking a bike. We will certainly be back and highly recommend.

Got an absolute bargain on a 2021 Trek fuel EX 8 in XXL. The store manager (sorry can't remember your name) took me through setting up the bike to me height & weight dialing in the suspensions etc,

Walked in, pointed at the bike and within an hour I was on my way home with it. Quite rare to find my frame size due to the supply at the minute.

My only gripe is that the bike must have been sat for a while on the stand as the tubeless fluid had gone off and failed first proper ride. Had to clean it all out and buy some Muc off fluid which has sorted the holes a treat.

Also the back end felt loose on the second ride. Turns out the rear axle had wound its way out and was coming out!! Pedal cap also flung off so I've gone round the whole bike and tightened everything up. Not good if I was flat out on a trail.

Found a few small scratches on the frame also which was abit disheartening after spending nearly 3k on a bike.

Would of been 5 stars other than the last bits. Would still use again.

Went in to buy my first new bike after only ever had a second hand one before. Told the staff member my budget and what I wanted the bike for. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Got what I wanted and the service was great.

I bought a Schwinn Eco 200 Escooter from here a couple of days ago. Although I left a bad review on the scooter, They have helped me, fix the punctures and even swapped the scooter when it broke. Staff are very friendly and act like they actually want to be there.

We’ve been in to Evans a few times in the last couple of weeks for both my other half and myself and the staff have honestly earned the sales of both bikes - they have been helpful, patient and above all knowledgeable resulting in two very happy customers. David the manager went above and beyond as did all and I honestly couldn’t praise them enough.

Outstanding customer service and extremely knowledgeable advice for my exact requirements.
I went in got what I wanted, no hassle what so ever. I will be going back in the future as and when I need to upgrade to the next level.
