Popped in with an issue with my gears and they were able to sort it there and then. I asked whether it needed a service and they had a quick look at it and didn't think that was necessary. Charged me £10 for about 5-10 mins of tinkering work and I cycled home bike all fixed. Really impressed by the expertise, quick service and fair-pricing. Will definitely be recommending.

Have used this shop twice over this past year and they are great. Recently had a full service of my bike with some replacement parts and the whole thing felt like new - it was amazing.

Catagorically THE most useful bike shop in Southern England. VERY helpful and the ONLY shop that could successfully remove a stuck seatpost in a carbon frame. Parts ordered specifically for me, help provided with any and all awkward jobs, as much free and good advice as anyone could want. Superb range of used racers, adventure, gravel and mountain bikes.

Fixed my bike in five minutes and didn’t even charge me because they felt the service was too minor (an issue I’d struggled with for months mind you) - a wonderful shop staffed by wonderful people which I would recommend over any other bike shop I’ve ever been to - thank you so much ☺️

I am just back from the shop having had my dad's old Brompton bike fixed. The staff are handy and extremely friendly, going above and beyond what I expected. As such, I'm more than happy with the service I received. I say come here instead of your usual bike store; it's the best I've been to.

I'd already spoken to the shop about replacing a chain ring and they suggested I come in to make sure I get the right one. When I got there Abdul suggested I wait until the spring before replacing it as it has enough life to get through the winter. Really sound advice! And when I chatted about my sticky rear brake he suggested a few things and I asked about fitting a new inner cable, which he said he could do there and then! Amazing service, super friendly and very passionate about bikes. Lovely guys, I'm definitely going to use them again.

I just received this beautiful bike, hand delivered by the owner of BikeX who brought it up to me in London from Winchester.
I don't have words to express how impressed I have been by their level of customer service. It has so far exceeded any expectation. Nothing has been too much trouble to provide me with the bike that I want, with parts changed to fit me (saddle, stem, chainset all swapped) for a price that I could afford.
Excellent! I highly recommend them! (I only wish that they had a shop in London!)
