Great customer service. Bought a beautiful bike here and staff were very friendly and took plenty of time to answer all my questions on the different models. Highly recommend!

The front wheel of my son's bike came out cycling over the very bumpy Oxford roads earlier this year. Luckily he escaped injury, but the front forks and front disc brake on the bike were very badly damaged. Initially I thought that the bike was a write off and was going to scrap it, but thought I'd get an opinion from Walton Street cycles first. They had a careful look at the bike and said although the forks were beyond repair, the frame was fine, and they could supply and fit new forks and repair the rest of the damage including the disc brakes. The bike is now as good as new, actually with the new fork it rides better than it ever did. All this done within about 10 days, exactly as they said. Saved scrapping a nice bike, so we were very happy. Highly recommended as a place to go for any bike repairs.

I haven't ridden a bike since I was about 12 and so now at the age of 28 it was very nerve wracking buying a bike for the first time. It took a couple of trips to the shop for me to be ready to buy my bike and every time I was greeted warmly and I was helped by Sam (I believe he's the shop manager) and I can't recommend him or the shop more. Such lovely staff so willing to help and easy to talk to... and most importantly for me, so happy to answer any stupid question under the sun.

I came in for repair. They fixed the wrong parts, didn’t even notice themselves and had to keep the bike for almost another week. Then they tried to charge me for the wrong repair and the correct one. No apology at all for their mistake and letting me wait for such a long time. I didn’t get my money back for the wrong repair. In the end we compromised and they gave me the correct repair for free but it was a lot cheaper than the wrong one, so they benefited from this and I had to promise not to come back. The manager tried some „all parts were responsible“ line on me, but it clearly was not the case.

I will gladly keep my promise and not return. I cycle every day of my life since I am 6 and I have NEVER encountered a bike shop this cheeky.

I came in twice looking for a bicycle and was treated very well by Fred. He was very patient with my waffling and offered me very good advice on the type of bicycle and recommended kit. I’ve come away with a lovely new bicycle and look forward to revisiting Walton Cycles for maintenance!

Awesome team, super welcoming, didactic, keeping you up-to-date on the status of the order, accommodating to enable you to get on your new bike as soon as possible and enjoy your ride, ... I have to say I had a great experience and I feel in good hands with the Walton Street Cycles team when it come to bicycles. I recommend highly!

Came to pump my tyres and not only they did it for free they also gave me an advice on my bikes conditions! Lovely staff and great quantity of bike goods inside :)! Will be back soon again for maintenance!

A little overpriced for some products (Jericho tax I guess)
But, knowledgeable friendly staff.
However, the lead times on repairs can be many days.
Recommended, if you have the time...
