Best bike shop I've found in the area! Very friendly and helpful staff that offer a high-quality service. I live 30 mins away but wouldn't take my pride and joy anywhere else!

Can't rate these guys highly enough. They have helped me out more times than I can count over the years. Always super helpful, super quick and great work on all my bikes (MTB, gravel and road). I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is the first time I’ve given a review for anything but feel I just have to after the most amazing over and above treatment from Mike and Lewis.
I’d been looking for an ebike for a few weeks when I came across Ride.
Mike helped me select the Raleigh Motus Grand Tour step through a couple of weeks ago which I’m delighted with. As I’m rather ancient (this ebike is my 70th birthday present to myself, I’m generous like that!😅) I knew I’d have trouble getting it in and out of my car so Mike delivered the bike to my door! He set it all up for me and demonstrated it and made sure I was happy with it and advised me on locks.
We both agreed that though the bike is the perfect size for me, I would feel more confident if the seat could be lowered so that I could put the balls of both my feet firmly on the ground. This bike has suspension on the seat post so it couldn’t go any lower.
Mike suggested I try it with a different post but with a higher gel saddle. Seemed like a good plan to try and lo and behold Lewis immediately offered to come to my house and fit it for me!!
So I now have the most wonderful high end ebike I could ever have hoped for thanks to Mike and Lewis. Wonderful service and at my own home from two very helpful friendly and such nice guys! Thank you both so much.

Really knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will definitely be using them again for future services or bike upgrades. Would highly recommend. The store also has a great selection!

After going round in circles with halfords (literally, all because of a rear cassette and wheel,) I decided to take my bike in here and see what they said. Lewis the technician put it up on his inspection stand and straight away diagnosed that halfords had replaced a part and not put it back in the right way causing my rear cassette to bend. After sorting out this issue, I thought it would be a good idea to crash and ended up needing a new wheel. Back I went, new wheel, gear cable and fitting for a very good price.

Mike and Lewis are really good guys, they say things honestly and will tell you straight away anything to do with to cost, and more importantly in my opinion tell you what to avoid which will save you money long term!

I'll never take my bike anywhere else, I've not found any other place with such great service, such great knowledge and all round nice atmosphere. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Phoned about the possible collection from Hatfield and they charge a 10-pound collection fee which was fine . Really aloof /unfriendly on phone and did not return my call after I had a long chat to them , they confirmed that they had my number and said they would be returning my call. Guess I will not be using them, much friendly bike shops around like SpokeCyclesCC and Hatfield cycles.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the shop Ride in St Albans and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

The team went above and beyond to ensure that my son's bike was in tip-top shape. They even offered a complimentary service to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent service and for helping to keep my son's bike in perfect condition.

we had x3 E- bikes repaired! brilliant service! One of the bike came with an EO10 Fault and they have managed to fix the problem. they have the right diagnose the right price.
