Cycles UK Maidstone

Today I visited cycles UK Maidstone, I am very happy with the service and the seller. One of the only shops with normal bikes in stock. I want to that I Adam a lot for the help and I recommend this place to anyone I am hyped to ride my new bike 🚵

Went to pop into Cycles UK for a spoke but there was a lorry blocking the parking area, so unfortunately I had to head to Evans Cycles.

I asked them for a spoke (not for them to fit it, I just wanted them to supply it) and was treated like I’d just gatecrashed their Nans funeral, I spent around 45 minutes waiting around before leaving (spoke-less).

Went back to Cycles UK, lorry had gone, went in, asked for a spoke, the guys measured and even fitted the spoke there and then. Top quality service yet again.

Had a problem with my Whyte MTB, could not select my high gear.
Took bike to shop, bang on 9.00 doors open.
Within a minute gentleman was sorting out the gears,He took for a test ride.
09.07 I left shop with bike sorted.
Now that’s quick and easy.

Thanks to Adam for helping me find my beautiful Specialized bike. Had reviewed online and thought I knew what I wanted but owing to great selection, and Adam suggesting I try a few models and makes I realised I wanted something quite different. The great thing about ordering via Cycles UK rather than Specialized website direct is that Adam and Russ set up my bike perfectly and then arranged delivery. I am loving my new cycling life. This the best place to buy your bike from.
We have managed to get a great deal on our bike. Our Trek was actually cheaper than directly from the supplier. Adam is really a great asset to this company. He could not be more helpful and his knowledge about their products is amazing. It was a great change after Halfords where people have no clue about their staff.
Unfortunately our bikes got stolen at the first week but actually they provided a free 2 week insurance have covered everything. After all that stress it was a great surprise and we are extremely helpful for the help we received from the staff.

I bought my bike through the bike2work scheme and from the the first call until the collection of the bike, which I have to say was very quick, the customer service and attention to detail was faultless. These guys are a credit to the company!

I’ve brought three bikes from the gents in the shop, every time I’ve come out very happy with their help & advice. I’ve been in there with a couple of issues I couldn’t sort out myself & they have sorted it out for me there & then, & offered advice on how to avoid any more issues.

They really do care about the customer & are always helpful.
