Bike bought online from them direct at a good price. Shipped following day, arrived well packaged without damage, and just needed the bars swinging round and the pedals popped on. Great service.

Found this place online when looking for an Electric bike for the wife. I asked a question at 10pm one night on the website and they got back to me with 5 minutes. Asked a few more questions and again quick reply. Ordered that night and picked it up next morning. Bike all built and service with a smile. Wife lived the bike but the seat post was just a little bit to high. So emailed them again and they said no problems just bring it in. Next day popped in a they cut th tube at the bottom by half an inch. Very happy wife. Great service and thanks for your help.

Based on my first visit, they seem really knowledgeable and reasonable. Also, turned around my repair within the day before the Ride London event which was appreciated.
So happy to have found a great local bike shop after moving to the area!

Great advice and friendly service. Bought my sons first frog bike here. They said they would part exchange when he’d outgrow it. Careful, They’ll overcharge and rip you off if they get a chance. Not an honest business; avoid them unless you absolutely have to, and ask around for quotes, you’ll definitely find more reasonable prices. Other reviews on here will also confirm their tendency to rip people off. Disgraceful business practices.

Provide very reliable bike servicing. Definitely experts. Good variety of bikes and E-bikes and accessories. They focus on quality products. Some great second hand bikes available too.

Went to 4 bike shops before this one including Halfords, all very disappointing experiences until I called into The Bike Shop in Buckhurst Hill. Great advice from Justin and Colin, managed to get a great bike at an amazing price and my son is over the moon with his new mountain bike. Thanks guys!!!

I cant even remember when I first started going there to get help with my 1st mountain bike.
Ever since then... no matter how small the job might be or the need for a complete full service... they have been spot on every single time.

Even at times just offering the best possible advice... instead of just taking my money like I have experienced with other big brand bike shops.
