I was served by Angelo last week who was very knowledgable and professional and was able to help me to get the right bike for me. He was very patient and even stayed behind his working hours to ensure I was able to choose the right bike, it’s rare you see good customer service these days with someone who goes above and beyond. I was given a replacement, immediately, no questions asked, for a bike cover that had split at the bottom when I first pulled it over the front wheel.. I could tell they pride themselves on their service and their products. Helpful staff.

I thought £200 was a bit steep for a used bike with a frame looking 30 years old, but bought it anyway to get to work during the TFL strike. 250+ miles in, it is worth every penny. It is very well set up and honestly probably better than a £1000 new bike. Absolute joy to ride. Shop staff listened to my requirements and straight away offered me a machine that was exactly right for me. Looks like they have a lot of stock so would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bicycle.

Great service, always helpful, for years. We have brought all our bikes from here in the last 10 years -we are a family of 6 so a lot of bikes.
Last year they gave me a detailed lesson about the new Brompton. If you need a quick fix on the way to work they are great. Mike the boss is especially helpful.

I took my own bike for a stage 3 service and clean yesterday and the bike feels like new! I like how they called me up before replacing any parts as well.

I was so impressed with the service I took my girlfriends bike in as she said she was having gear issues. I rode it this morning with no issues but took it in anyway.

A young man served me. After analysing the bike and tightening a few things up he suggested it wasn’t in need of a service just yet. Great honesty and really shows they care about the customers.
