Very happy with the service provided. They've been able to fix my bike when I've picked up an issue in the past. Also they have recently done a really good job of giving my bike a service. Would highly recommend to local cyclists if your looking for professional maintenance.

Travelled down from the North West for a weeks holiday. Brought my electric bike which had a power issue (should have checked the bike before putting it on the cycle rack!) Having looked up on Google bike shops close to where I was saying and as result visited here. Paul was spot on identifying the problem straight away and and enabled me to ride it during my holiday.

These guys know there stuff. Always helpful and have a decent stock of spares and accessories. Any purchase gives credits which you can use against future purchases. Living here on the Isle of Purbeck it's reassuring to know we have this shop in Wareham with great tech support and good quality gear in the store.

Out on a long ride and get a puncture near these guys thankfully. Replaced and cleaned up my wheel and I was back out in no time. Must remember my pump next time, and thanks to cycleworksfor setting me right. Great service

Amazing customer service, taken both mine and my husband's bikes there to be serviced, mine however needed more than a service, did only that was needed and didn't cost me an arm and a leg, thank you so much for looking after me and taking care of my main mode of transport.
