Dropped my Boardman road bike in on Tuesday afternoon for a new gear change / brake lever to be fitted and got it back today. It came back lubed, and adjusted. Very reasonable price , excellent turnaround time and the bike has never run better. Many thanks Roger.

I have bought 2 bikes from this store and both bikes are fantastic value for money. A transition scout full sus bike and a kinesis trip star AT gravel bike. Never heard of these brands before but I am so pleased with the quality of these bikes. I am very grateful to Captiv bikes for recommending these bikes to me, rather than going to a high street store. Also go here for service and repairs. Charles the mechanic is the best bike mechanic. Would not let anyone else work on my bikes.

Bought a couple of bikes and lots of parts from here and i can happily say Captiv is by far the best bike shop to work with. Very helpful & very straight forward when it comes to getting info on the right parts!
