Just Purchased a Cervélo Aspero from the shop. Jason/Dom took time to set up the bike before I arrived. Fully explained the bike's workings and went through all the paperwork. Helped me select various accessories. Extremely helpful and in no sense was I felt rushed at any point. Nothing was too much of a problem for Jason. I highly recommend them.

I’d been getting lots of punctures, at least one a week, sometimes both at same time. Always the same place where the valve met the tube. Had previously taken it to another bike shop and both times tried different rim tape. Picked it up after second time, went riding, double blow out.
Henley Cycles had been recommended to me so took the wheels along. First thing was that Jason cared, he said ‘You must be losing the will to live, we’ll get this sorted’. Second thing; met Dom and they both know their stuff, spotted the issue, applied a fix and things are looking good after a couple of rides. Felt there was a great level of technical knowledge and skills as well as customer service. Cheers guys, thanks for getting me back on the trails!

Recently (March 20) had the bike serviced and added tubeless. Great service again and attention to detail, bike is running very smoothly and very, very happy with tubeless.
After care has also been superb! Thanks a lot again guys!

We have our tandem bicycle serviced here, which is obviously not quite your standard bike, and they do an excellent job. Also very convenient and easy access for the longer bike ;)

We stopped in at Henley Cycles today to get a rear derailleur fixed. Not only did they fix it straight away, but also gave us great route and cafe tips in the local area. The epitome of a great bike shop.

Suffered a broken spoke and a rear puncture at the end of my ride last weekend. Took my bike in and they fixed it all up, gave it a service, mended an annoying creaking sound and now my sprockets are all shiny and looking like new?

Thanks guys! All very reasonably priced considering the parts and labour required.

(Spoiled it all by going for a ride and getting the bike dirty again.)

I would really like to thank the staff for fixing my bike promptly and for the first aid after an accident. Very friendly people and even better human being. I had previously received a similarly good service after a puncture. Definitely my favourite cycle shop now.

Total kudos to Gary for opening up his shop on a Sunday just to help me out... I was stranded in Henley with a double puncture and one tube too few, and he not only gave me a new tube to fix the flat and give me spare for the ride home, he also REFUSED PAYMENT!!! What an absolute star... totally recommend him and his shop (and by the way, his workshop is the cleanest and most organised I've ever seen...)

Came in today with a snapped gear cable halfway into a ride. Bike was fixed very promptly and they looked after my partners bike too while we went for a coffee to wait. Very friendly and bike was spotless upon return (even though we were about to head back out into the rain, amazing service!) and is working perfectly again. Thank you!
